Draper Expert 15 Piece Universal Pressure Test Kit

About this product

The Draper Expert 15 Piece Universal Pressure Test Kit is a comprehensive cooling system diagnostic tool designed for professional automotive workshops and mobile mechanics. This capless pressure tester uses a universal cone adaptor system to seal and pressurise cooling systems via the radiator or expansion tank, providing accurate pressure readings to identify leaks, weak hoses, and faulty radiator caps across a wide range of vehicles. The kit's versatility comes from its four universal cone adaptors (17-24mm, 28-31.5mm, 37-39.5mm, and 47-48.5mm) which replace both screw and bayonet-type cap fittings, making it suitable for testing most vehicle makes and models. Ten dedicated radiator cap testing adaptors cover major manufacturers including Ford, Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Mazda, Renault, Audi, VW, Volvo, Citroen, Fiat, Peugeot, Opel, BMW, and Mercedes-Benz, enabling thorough cap integrity testing without removing the radiator cap from the system. The hand pump features an integrated pressure gauge for precise, controlled testing, whilst a release pin allows safe depressurisation before detachment. This makes the kit ideal for diagnosing overheating issues, confirming cooling system repairs, and routine maintenance checks. The complete set is housed in a sturdy blow-moulded plastic case for organised storage and workshop portability.
