Draper Remote Action Pliers

About this product

The Draper Remote Action Pliers are specialist automotive pliers designed for releasing button-type connectors in confined and hard-to-reach areas. Featuring a 650mm flexible cable and a jaw capacity of 3-32mm, these pliers provide the extended reach necessary for accessing awkwardly positioned fuel lines, EVAP and AdBlue systems, plus fluid connections in gearboxes, brake systems, and power steering assemblies. The simple one-handed locking mechanism allows the jaws to be secured in an open position, enabling technicians to manoeuvre the tool into tight spaces before releasing the lock to grip the connector. The flexible cable design ensures the pliers can navigate around obstructions and work effectively where conventional pliers cannot reach. Suitable for use with most button connectors and compatible with some electrical connectors, these remote action pliers are an essential addition to any automotive workshop or mobile technician's toolkit. The 1.5mm diameter cable provides the right balance between flexibility and rigidity for precise control during operation.
