About this product

The Rocol PR Silicone Mould Release Spray is a professional-grade release agent designed to deliver fast, efficient mould separation in demanding industrial applications. This 400ml aerosol provides controlled, even coverage across intricate tooling surfaces. Formulated specifically for critical moulding operations, this silicone-based spray penetrates and spreads into all areas of complex moulds, ensuring complete release with an enhanced gloss finish. The fine spray pattern provides excellent coverage whilst maximising product economy, making it ideal for high-volume production environments. Suitable for use across all types of blow, injection, flow and compression moulding processes, the PR Spray excels on complex tooling where consistent performance is essential. The formula is particularly effective at overcoming difficulties encountered during setting and start-up procedures. Operating effectively at temperatures up to +200°C, this release spray creates a gloss finish on moulded parts. It's important to note that this gloss finish is not suitable for subsequent painting or printing operations. For applications requiring post-moulding surface decoration, Rocol's alternative dry film Mould Release Spray is recommended.
