Sealey 3 Piece Exhaust Pipe Expander Set

About this product

The Sealey 3 Piece Exhaust Pipe Expander Set is a professional exhaust tool designed for expanding pipe sections to accommodate aftermarket components and achieve leak-free connections. This essential workshop tool enables mechanics and automotive technicians to expand exhaust pipes in equal proportions, creating a uniform diameter without tapering, whilst also removing dents and clamp marks from damaged sections. The set includes three expanders covering a comprehensive range of pipe diameters: small (Ø29-44mm), medium (Ø40-57mm), and large (Ø54-81mm). Each expander operates with a hex drive – the small and medium sizes using a 17mm hex, whilst the large expander requires a 19mm hex. This versatile coverage makes the set suitable for most standard and aftermarket exhaust systems on cars, vans, and light commercial vehicles. Ideal for fitting aftermarket silencers, catalytic converters, and exhaust sections to existing systems, this pipe expander set ensures proper fitment without the need for costly pipe replacement. The tool is particularly valuable for workshop professionals undertaking exhaust repairs and modifications, where achieving a secure, leak-free joint is essential for both performance and MOT compliance.
