The Sealey AK4561D is a mobile oil dispensing system designed for professional workshops and garages handling bulk oil transfer from 205-litre drums. This air-operated unit features a 3:1 double acting pump that delivers efficient dispensing of engine, hydraulic, synthetic, gear and transmission oils up to SAE150 viscosity. The system is built around a robust trolley-mounted design with a maximum capacity of 220kg, making it suitable for manoeuvring standard 205L drums around workshop environments. The air operated pump connects to barrels or tanks with 2"BSP fittings and includes a 940mm rigid suction probe fitted with a non-return valve to prevent back-flow during operation. An integrated air management system ensures controlled operation at the recommended 70psi working pressure, with a maximum air pressure tolerance of 115psi. The unit delivers up to 12 litres per minute flow rate and generates a maximum output pressure of 350psi through its 1/2"BSP outlet. Practical features include a 4-metre dispensing hose for extended reach and a digital oil meter (Model No. AK4565D) for accurate measurement and inventory control.
