Sealey Cooling System Filler Kit

About this product

The Sealey Cooling System Filler Kit is a professional vacuum-filling tool designed to eliminate airlocks and reduce filling time when servicing vehicle cooling systems. This air-operated kit streamlines the coolant filling process whilst automatically conducting system leak tests, making it an essential addition to any workshop's diagnostic equipment. Featuring a low profile design, this cooling system filler offers improved versatility compared to taller alternatives, particularly when working on MPVs where lower windscreen lips can obstruct access. The straightforward operation requires only a workshop air supply and eliminates the need for fiddly interchange of vacuum and fluid hoses found on competing tools. This simplifies the workflow and reduces the potential for errors during coolant system maintenance. The kit is compatible with Sealey cooling system pressure caps (models VS001, VS0011, VS0033, VS006, VS006F, VS006V, VS0013 and VS0014) as an alternative connection method to the coolant reservoir. By preventing air bubbles and airlocks from entering the system, this tool eliminates time-consuming bleeding procedures whilst reducing fluid waste and messy spills. Supplied complete with a 1.3m fluid hose to provide adequate reach for various vehicle configurations. Features and Benefits: • Eliminates airlocks and bubbles for faster, more efficient cooling system filling • Automatically conducts leak testing during the filling process • Low profile design suits MPVs…
