Sealey Copper Grease Aerosol

About this product

The Sealey Copper Grease Aerosol is a high-temperature lubricant designed for demanding automotive and mechanical applications where standard greases would fail. This specialist copper-based formulation provides superior protection and lubrication in extreme heat conditions, making it an essential workshop consumable for mechanics and automotive technicians. Ideal for brake assemblies, exhaust manifolds, and threaded fasteners exposed to high temperatures, this copper grease remains stable to 275°C when used as a grease and performs as an effective release agent at temperatures up to 1220°C. The anti-corrosive properties help prevent seizure and galling on metal components, ensuring easier disassembly during future maintenance work. The convenient 500ml aerosol format allows for precise application in hard-to-reach areas, making it particularly suitable for use on brake linkages, studs, and nuts where even coverage is essential. This copper grease lubricant is a practical choice for garages, workshops, and mobile mechanics requiring reliable protection for high-temperature assemblies.
