The Sealey GWW1200B is a geared hand winch designed for general and recovery operations, featuring robust hardened steel construction and an integrated automatic brake system. Built with a heavy plate chassis and fully enclosed gearbox, this manual winch delivers reliable performance for lifting, pulling and positioning loads up to 540kg capacity. The automatic brake system provides essential safety by requiring a minimum force of 25kg to engage, effectively preventing the handle from kicking back whilst holding loads securely in position during operation. The 4.2:1 gear ratio offers controlled mechanical advantage through the 200mm handle, making it well-suited for vehicle recovery, workshop applications, or any situation requiring controlled load movement without power sources. This hand winch comes complete with a 10m webbing strap (48mm width), making it ready to use straight from the box. The 52mm hub diameter accommodates standard webbing and cable, whilst the fully closed gearbox protects internal components from dust and debris. At 4.25kg, it remains portable enough for mobile use whilst maintaining the structural integrity needed for demanding recovery and lifting tasks. Features and Benefits: • Automatic brake system prevents handle kickback and holds loads safely in position • Hardened steel gear and heavy plate chassis for durability and long service life • Fully closed gearbox protects internal components from contamination • Supplied complete with 10m webbing…
