Sealey HFC08 Pneumatic Oil Filter Crusher

About this product

The Sealey HFC08 is a professional pneumatic oil filter crusher designed to reduce waste disposal costs for garages and workshops handling used oil filters. This heavy-duty 10-tonne capacity unit crushes used filters to minimise their volume, making it particularly cost-effective for businesses charged by volume for hazardous waste disposal. Operating on compressed air between 100-190psi, this floor-mounted crusher features a safety lock-out device that prevents the door being opened during the crushing cycle, ensuring operator protection throughout use. The 30-second pressing time delivers efficient processing, whilst the integrated outlet facilitates clean waste oil transfer during crushing operations. With internal dimensions of 280 x 190 x 190mm, the HFC08 accommodates filters up to 216mm in height and 152mm in diameter, covering the vast majority of automotive and light commercial vehicle applications. The robust steel construction and 113kg weight ensure stable operation, making this crusher ideal for busy workshops, service centres and fleet maintenance facilities processing multiple oil filters daily.
