Sealey Hydraulic Floating Brake Disc Press

About this product

The Sealey Hydraulic Floating Brake Disc Press is a commercial-grade 14-tonne brake disc press set designed for removing seized brake discs from hub assemblies on heavy commercial vehicles. This specialist tool is engineered specifically for DAF, Renault and Volvo commercial vehicles, making it an essential addition to any commercial vehicle workshop or fleet maintenance operation. The floating brake disc press features low-profile rams that sit between the disc and hub assembly, providing effective separation without the need for destructive removal methods. Two independent regulator valves ensure safe, controlled detachment of seized discs, allowing technicians to apply precise hydraulic pressure where needed. The rams offer a closed to open height range between 83-128mm, providing the necessary reach for commercial vehicle brake assemblies. This professional brake disc removal tool is compatible with male 1/4"BSP thread connections and requires either the RE83/840/CWH Hydraulic Air Pump or RE97.10-01 Hydraulic Manual Pump for operation (pumps sold separately). The robust construction delivers reliable performance in demanding workshop environments where seized brake discs are a common challenge.
