Sealey PPVT Automotive Test Probe

About this product

The Sealey PPVT Automotive Test Probe is a versatile diagnostic tool designed for automotive electricians and mechanics working on vehicle electrical systems. This multifunctional test probe connects directly to the vehicle's battery and features a generous 5-metre cable, providing easy access to all areas of the vehicle during diagnostic work. This automotive test probe combines several essential testing functions in one compact unit. It quickly identifies short circuits and faulty earth connections, tests continuity and polarity via its flying lead, and displays system voltage from 2V to 24V using a clear LED array. The probe enables technicians to power up components prior to installation and verify the function of electrical accessories in situ, significantly reducing diagnostic time. The tool features an integrated worklight with touch-sensitive control, providing hands-free illumination when working in poorly lit areas. This makes the PPVT particularly useful for checking wiring looms, testing vehicle lighting systems, verifying relay function, and diagnosing electrical faults in hard-to-reach locations throughout the vehicle. Features and Benefits: • 5m cable reaches all corners of the vehicle from a single battery connection • LED array clearly indicates system voltage from 2V to 24V • Tests continuity, polarity, short circuits and earth faults in one tool • Built-in worklight with touch-sensitive control for hands-free operation • Enables pre-installation component…
