Sealey PS984 Double Mechanical Bearing Separator Puller Set

About this product

The Sealey PS984 is a comprehensive mechanical bearing separator puller set designed for removing bearings, gears, and pulleys in professional workshop environments. This versatile tool kit includes two mechanical separators covering diameter ranges of 25-50mm and 45-75mm, making it suitable for a wide variety of component sizes commonly encountered in engineering, automotive, marine and agricultural applications. The set features a robust single yoke design with a 170mm thrust bolt that provides reliable mechanical advantage for separating seized or tight-fitting components. The inclusion of multiple extension bars in varying lengths (60mm, 85mm, 90mm, and 115mm pairs) along with a 160mm cross beam allows technicians to configure the tool for different working scenarios and component access requirements. The smaller separator offers a maximum reach of 220mm, while the larger 45-75mm unit extends to 170mm, providing flexibility for different removal tasks. Ideal for mechanics, engineers and maintenance professionals who regularly work with bearing assemblies, this puller set eliminates the risk of component damage associated with hammer-and-chisel removal methods. The complete kit arrives in a protective storage case that keeps all components organised and readily accessible, making it a practical addition to any workshop or mobile service vehicle.
