Sealey SM20 Parts Cleaning Tank

About this product

The Sealey SM20 is a professional-grade parts cleaning tank designed for workshop use, offering efficient cleaning of automotive and mechanical components. Built from heavy-duty one-piece steel with a triple baked enamel finish, this robust unit provides long-lasting durability in demanding workshop environments. The tank features a fully sealed magnetic drive pump unit that recirculates cleaning fluid through a replaceable filter element, delivering clean solution onto workpieces via a flexible metal delivery nozzle. With a pump output of 200L per hour and working capacity between 40-50 litres, it provides thorough cleaning action for a wide range of parts. A key feature is the turbo agitation system, which bubbles air through the cleaning fluid to reduce soaking time and improve cleaning efficiency. This requires a workshop air supply in addition to the 230V electrical connection, though the unit can be operated without turbo agitation if preferred. The lid incorporates a fusible link hinge that automatically snaps shut in the event of fire, providing crucial workshop safety protection. Ideal for automotive workshops, garages, and mechanical repair facilities, the SM20 comes complete with a removable shelf and parts basket for versatile cleaning applications. The spacious tank dimensions of 810 x 540 x 260mm accommodate larger components while maintaining a compact overall footprint.
