Sealey VS2049 Bosch / Delphi Diesel Injector Puller

About this product

The Sealey VS2049 is a professional diesel injector puller designed for removing stubborn Bosch and Delphi injectors from diesel engines. This specialist tool provides mechanics and technicians with a reliable solution for one of the most challenging tasks in diesel engine maintenance and repair. The kit includes two different adaptors to accommodate various removal scenarios. The first adaptor screws directly onto the injector cap, while the second locates internally inside the injector body, allowing significantly greater extraction force to be applied when dealing with particularly seized components. This dual-adaptor system ensures versatility across different injector conditions and vehicle applications. A key feature of this injector puller is its flexible joint, which enables the 1.8kg slide hammer to operate effectively even in restricted engine bay areas where access is limited. This flexibility is essential when working on modern diesel engines where space constraints often complicate injector removal procedures. The complete kit arrives in a storage case to keep all components organised and protected between jobs. Features and Benefits: • Dual adaptor system for internal and external extraction methods • Flexible joint design for use in confined engine compartments • 1.8kg slide hammer provides substantial extraction force • Includes injector cap socket and security hex key for complete functionality • Supplied in protective storage case for organised tool…
