Like all Sirius explosion safe cans, it features an internal aluminium honeycomb mesh that takes up just 2% of the total volume and prevents the fuel inside from igniting explosively if exposed to sparks or naked flames. The robust steel body and REZOL enamel lining ensure long-term performance under demanding conditions. Every can is factory-tested under ADR-regulated hydraulic pressure (2.5 Bar for 5 minutes), full submersion leak testing (0.3 Bar for 5 minutes), and drop-tested from 1.8 metres, with handles tested from 0.8 metres.
