Sealey Wheel Removal Trolley

About this product

The Sealey Wheel Removal Trolley is a heavy-duty hydraulic lifting system designed for safely changing wheels and tyres on large commercial vehicles. With a substantial 500kg lifting capacity and a height range from 50mm to 640mm, this professional-grade trolley provides the power and precision needed for workshop operations involving HGVs, buses, and other large vehicle applications. The trolley features an 8-position adjustable roller width system, ranging from 440mm to 780mm, offering exceptional versatility across different wheel sizes and configurations. Load arms incorporate smooth roller action sleeves that allow wheels to be rotated easily, simplifying the alignment process when positioning wheels onto studs. This practical design detail significantly reduces the physical effort and time required during wheel changes. Operation is controlled via a foot-operated hydraulic mechanism with dead man's control release, enabling hands-free lifting while maintaining full control over descent. The trolley is mounted on four heavy-duty castors – two rear locking and two front swivel – ensuring both stability during lifting operations and easy manoeuvrability around the workshop. A safety chain is supplied as standard to secure the wheel during handling. With a substantial nett weight of 133kg, this is a robust piece of professional equipment built for demanding workshop environments.
